A physicist by training and vocation, Fred Dylla combines a lifelong love of woodworking with his interest in watercolor painting.  Finding the white-line woodcut medium is a perfect blend of his two artful passions. He is the founder of the Delaware White-line Woodcut Guild.

Fred makes his home in Lewes, Delaware with his wife Linda, landscape designer,  textile artist and gardener. Their smart rat  terrier, Dylan, adds constant activity to their lives.

Fred teaches beginner and advanced group lessons twice yearly on this uniquely American art form.
